Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of order cancellation is required. Shipped and paid orders are not cancellable. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to reject cancellation of special order product that cannot be returned.
Payment
For payment made using Credit card/Paypal/Online banking, payment notification will be automatically sent to us.
For Manual Bank Transfer (ATM Transfer/Cash Deposit/Self Online Transfer), we will NOT process your order until we receive your payment notification. You may e-mail us at [email protected] or WhatApps us at +6012-7025090 to notify your payment.
Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are delivered by local courier services. Free shipping is available for orders at West Malaysia when order above RM150. Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 working days. (Exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holiday) after payment made for shipment within Malaysia. Item will be dispatched out in 1-2 working days.
You are also responsible to notify us before you place your order if you have a deadline to receive your consignment. We shall bear no responsibility for any issue caused due to delay after the order is processed.
Exchange / Return Policy
In case of a lost or damaged parcel, Little Winter Melon Bookstore will take full responsibility and compensate you with a New Shipment or Full Refund! Slight variation of size and/or color is not considered a defect. Exchange request must be submitted within 3 working days upon parcel received.
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.We will get back to you once a return item is received by us and will email you the new tracking number for the exchange item. In case of refund, all refund(s) will be credited to your personal account within 1-3 working days.
